This summer, I had the opportunity to serve as a Product Management Intern for Equinix, which is a leading data center and colocation services company.

My internship was remote due to COVID-19, and I was initially uncertain about how this experience would be, but it was great. I was mentored under a smart, patient, and caring team, and my role within product management helped confirm my interest in it.

As a product management intern, my role involved:

• Coordinating approval from cross-functional teams to develop two new products
• Providing insights on quarterly performance indicators using data visualization software
• Analyzing feedback for project focused on improving customer experience
