I am an Assistant Research Professor of Statistical Science. I grew up in Cleveland OH before earning a BA in mathematics at Kenyon College and a PhD in statistics at Rice University. For three years in between, I worked in the Federal Reserve System. My main research areas are Bayesian statistics and time series analysis, specifically using state space models to produce probabilitic forecasts for data in non-Euclidean spaces.
