Dr. Ragland is an experienced Director of Diversity and Inclusion with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Dr. Ragland is skilled in graphic design, data analysis, organizational development, computational biology, and social media marketing. She received her PhD focused in Structural Bioinformatics from University of Massachusetts Medical School.
