The SPIRE Fellows Program is an academic support system centering on inclusivity, retention, and support for students who are underrepresented in STEM disciplines. Our goal is to attract and mentor students from diverse backgrounds who otherwise have historically been marginalized in scientific communities. Through targeted programming, tutoring and mentoring, and a robust living learning community, we strive to create a sense of belonging and success for all our fellows.
